The weeks that followed were
hectic but fun. Work was hectic and the weekends were fun. I visited
with Bill and Rita in Fairfax on Friday (The preceding pictures are
from that visit) and went out to dinner with them Saturday night.
I visited with Larry and Kim in Nokesville on Sunday.
I moved from Springfield to Dulles for the week.
I was able to see Henrietta (from high school days) and husband Rick in
Maryland. Friday I flew back to San Diego where I spent about
15 hours at home berfore starting the trip back -- driving.
There was a brief stop in San Clemente to help Suzzane get her e-mail revived
on her computer. The trip back took about 42 hours. I
got on I40 at Barstow and headed East along the old Route 66. The first
night I stopped in Gallop, NM, the second night I stopped just outside
of Memphis, TN. I made it to The Hanover area at 10:30 Pm on the
third day and was at work on Tuesday.
