Another Formal night, this one with a Medieval theme.  There is a guest speaker on board who is giving a history of the US space program – very interesting!  Had to miss the Speed WIne Tasting today – another 3 days to go! I started going to the fitness center for an hour and decreased the daily walk to 2 miles per day. Got to make sure I don’t put on any extra weight!             …
