Recounting Day 83 Durban, South Africa

Now that I’ve had some time got get caught up at home, below is a recounting of my trip starting with Durban.

We docked in Durban, South Africa on March 2014-03-28_103818_11177 28th. That morning we had to have a face-to-face immigration clearance before disembarking. After the clearing customs/immigration, I took the shuttle bus to the drop off point – uShaka Marine World. I bought a day pass on the city bus and took the bus to North Beach on the Golden Mile. Then i walked North to Moses Mabhida Stadium and the Suncoast Casino. I walked back to North Coast Beach and took a Rickshaw ride to uShaka Marine World. I then took the bus on another route that went around the city. Got off at North Beach again and got a bunny chow at a small cafe on the way back to uShaka. The walk along the beach had interesting sand castles and parks. I would like to have spent more time in Durban to visit the Zulu Village, and the Howick Falls. Too many sites -not enough time!
